● Customer data residing in the GRIT Cloud or on GRIT Hubs is not accessed, sold,

● All user data stored on GRIT Hubs is protected with encryption at rest
● All passwords are stored using industry-standard encryption techniques and methodologies

Support Access Exception
In certain support situations, senior GRIT staff may require access to your system to diagnose and resolve issues. Depending on the nature of the problem, this may involve viewing user
information. Such access is:
● Limited to authorized senior staff only
● Used solely for support purposes
● Logged and monitored
● Terminated immediately upon resolution

Hub Security Responsibilities
● GRIT Hubs reside on your network, and Grit Automation does not have remote access to these devices
● Physical and technical security of the Hub is your responsibility as the end customer
● We have implemented and will continue to implement, to the best of our knowledge, all reasonable measures to ensure our systems are secure and free from security defects

Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy.
